All payments made towards any course, program, or subscription are non-refundable. Once a course is purchased or enrollment is confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. We recommend reviewing course details, syllabus, and prerequisites carefully before proceeding with payment.
Once a course or program has been successfully enrolled, it cannot be canceled, paused, or transferred to another user, batch, or course. Cancellations after payment confirmation are not supported on our platform.
In case of any technical issue or difficulty accessing your course, please reach out to our support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue at the earliest. However, such issues do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
